Greater Boston Stage Company

The Young Company offers half-hour private voice lessons with professional and engaging coaches. Throughout these lessons, students explore vocal technique, musicianship, song repertoire, and audition skills. Lesson curriculum and song selection are developed between student and instructor and tailored to the students’ specific goals. These lessons are a great fit for beginner singers as well as experienced vocalists looking to expand their skill set and experience. We welcome students in grades 1-12 as well as adults. All lessons are offered in-person at Greater Boston Stage Company.

Our Fall Session runs for 8 weeks. Registration for Fall Session opens on August 28th at 12pm.

Your lesson time will be selected at registration. Times are selected on a first-come, first-served basis.

Carrie (she/her) is a Boston-based actor, singer, music director, and teacher. She is a recent graduate of Emerson College where she received her BFA in Musical Theatre and studied education under the direction of Bethany Nelson. Carrie is an alumnus of The Young Company, having first joined in 2017. Learning with The Young Company was highly influential to Carrie’s skills and ethos as a performer and as a teacher.
